COURSE OBJECTIVE Theory Session

  • By completing this theory training presentation participants will have gained an appreciable understanding of: o what is working safely o what is risk and how can risks be controlled o hazard identification and controls o what is fire and principles of fire safety o fire classification o fire extinguishers and how to use the extinguishers o how and when to extinguish a fire o fire hazards and risk o workplace fire prevention and common causes o local procedures (e.g. what to do if you discover a fire and what to do if the fire alarm is sounded); and key responsibility holders o fire equipment inspections Practical Session
  • Hands on practical session will be given to all the candidates on how to use the fire extinguisher and by completing the session, candidate will have an hands-on experience in using the extinguisher 
  •  This one-day course is designed for all levels of management and those responsible for implementation of health & safety within their organization
  • In fact it is needed for everyone in an organization to be aware of the basic aspects of fire and its prevention.
